Let Us Restore Your Smile

Are you missing a tooth? Are you missing more than one? If not, do you have a loved one who is? If you answered yes to any of these questions, then you understand the inconvenience, discomfort, and embarrassment of having an incomplete smile. The good news is that you don’t have to live with missing teeth and the related problems they cause. We have ways to restore your smile.

Keep reading for more information.

Missing Teeth Are a Pain

A missing tooth doesn’t just leave a hole in your smile. It also threatens your oral and overall health. When your smile is not complete, your teeth will shift around to fill in the gaps. This makes eating and speaking very uncomfortable, even painful. It also makes oral hygiene more difficult, as brushing and flossing become less effective when teeth aren’t evenly spaced. With poorer oral hygiene comes an increased risk of gum disease, oral infection, respiratory infection, heart disease, and other preventable illnesses.

We want you to look great, but more importantly, we want you to be healthy and feel confident that your teeth will function as they should. With a dental bridge, you can have it all!

What Is a Dental Bridge?

A dental bridge can replace one to four missing teeth in a row. It consists of two crowns on both ends and a prosthetic. The two crowns cover the teeth on either side of the gap in your smile, forming a “bridge” with the prosthetic between them. Because a dental bridge is fixed in place, it is strong and stable and will not slip out of place.

The procedure for placing a dental bridge is just a little more involved than placing a crown. We will prepare the teeth that will support the crowns and then take high-definition images of your teeth and gums to serve as a digital “mold” for your custom bridge. We can even make your dental bridge right in our office with CEREC® technology, and you’ll have a beautiful, new smile that day!
